Shelley Sheasby
Operations Manager
Shelley has worked in the care sector since 2005 and has held various roles throughout her career. Shelley is currently the Operations Manager and supports the Registered Manager in all aspects. Her focus is ensuring Hylands House offers first class care on a permanent or respite basis, which is delivered by highly trained care staff in homely comfortable environment.
Tracey Frisby
Registered Manager
Tracey brings over 18 years of extensive care experience to her role as the manager of The Lodge Residential Care Home. With a passion for ensuring the well-being of residents and a dedication to maintaining high standards of care, Tracey is committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for all individuals under her supervision.
Lucia Hall
Deputy Manager
Lucia joined The Lodge in 2013 as a care assistant. She has over the years been promoted as she continues to develop and shows a thorough understanding of the health and social care sector. As the Deputy Manager, Lucia provides additional support to the Manager in the effective running of The Lodge Residential Home.
Danouska Olifrowicz
Administration Assistant
Danouska is one of our most long standing members of the team. She joined the home in 2000 and during this time has undertaken all roles within a care home, such care assistant, activities co-ordinator and most recently administrative assistant. This makes her a very well rounded individual and a true team player.
