Training
Training is provided for all staff at every level with an extensive programme of internal and external training sessions and seminars. The core of our training is the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) levels 1, 2 and 3.
You are to ensure continuity of care to residents is promoted across all levels and ensure that the highest standard of care in delivered to all service users to ensure the highest quality of life is given to all residents.
